    Foundation and vision

    Founded on 24 June 2021 in Mirpur, Azad Kashmir, by Hamza Malik, for ethical, skill-based trading education. Early work was self-funded trading and research; early sessions were free or low cost, with no signal selling and no hype.

  2. 2. 2023 to 2024

    Training system and investor relations

    The four-phase program took shape, with live mentorship, assignments and real-market simulations. Selected investors joined under a performance-based model.

  3. 3. 2025

    Strategic reset

    A formal recovery and growth strategy put long-term sustainability and risk-managed capital first. The STRATEGIC Finance Team was introduced to professionalise investor communication, and all reporting is based on actual market performance.

    Digital platform

    Moving into a digital ecosystem: AI-assisted education modules, transparent investor tools and community learning forums.

From plan to review.

Every trade is analysed like a game, move by move. Process is scored separately from profit.

  1. Preparation

    Study the position. Entry, stop and target are written before price arrives. R is the amount you accept to lose.

  2. The move

    Price returns to the level. You enter at the written price, sized to the stop.

  3. Holding the position

    Moving the stop further away to avoid a loss is a blunder, whatever happens next. The stop stays where it was written.

  4. The scoresheet

    Planned and actual values are recorded side by side with the screenshot, win or loss.

  5. Post-game analysis

    A mentor reviews the process. Only trades that followed the plan are validated and count toward STEP-20.

Example trade, not market data. A plan is written with an entry, a stop one unit of risk below and a target two units above. Price returns to the entry and the trade is entered as planned. Moving the stop further away would be a blunder; the stop stays where it was written. The trade is recorded on the scoresheet and validated by a mentor.

Does finishing the program guarantee funding?

No. Eligible participants may be considered for funded trading. Selection depends on assessment, approval and available capacity.

How long does it take, and what does it cost?

Phase durations and fees are confirmed for each intake. Admissions shares them before you commit to anything.

Is it online or in Mirpur?

Our office is in Mirpur, Azad Kashmir. Admissions confirms how your cohort is taught when you are accepted.

Can I invest with STRATEGIC?

Only as a private partner, through personal discussion. There is no public investment scheme. Request a private meeting

How does the program work?

Four phases, from technical foundations to the Bootcamp. You study, complete assignments, keep a journal and get mentor feedback. You move on when your mentor and faculty lead approve it.

How are investor relationships reported?

Each investor partner receives private statements through the investor portal, prepared by the finance team and approved before publication.
